I recently brought in a watch in search of a battery. In the process of replacing the battery, the watch was broken. The store owner Albert, called me a week later and said he would be out of town, but had replaced my watch with a new one, and that I could pick up the watches at the front desk. I want to applaud and thank Albert and his team of employee's for such a strong commitment to making this right. This is a local store that has been in Placerville for a very long time. I hope our community continues to support The Palcerville Hardware store, I know I will. In my world we call this "Omotenashi" and in today's business environment it is almost impossible to find.
