This is the oldest and by far the best hardware store ever! I just discovered today they do screens for Windows. They have everything you need and more, and the staff is wonderful. A must see for everyone. I love Placerville!!!!!

Best hardware store anywhere!!! They have just about everything you could think of and MORE, much, much more! The absolute best thing they've got goint (not to mention the charm of the place) is the most attentive staff! They will find what you are looking for and if they can't (this has happened to me only twice since moving to Placerville in 2012) they give you a few recommendations! It truly is an iconic piece of the town's history.
